I tried ordering a pair of sneakers from champssports.com, and the payment part was a pain. My card got declined twice, even though my bank said there was absolutely nothing wrong on their end.

It finally went through after a few tries, but then I didn’t get a confirmation email until much later. That part was kind of ridiculous because I was sitting there wondering if I had just been charged with no actual order placed.

Customer service did respond, but it took a while and they weren’t all that helpful. The shoes eventually showed up, so at least that worked out, but the whole checkout process definitely needs to be smoother.

I ordered a pair of shoes from champssports.com and honestly , the shipping was quicker than I thought it would be . They sent the tracking info right away , and the box arrived in good shape . No problems at all , so I’m happy with the whole experience .

Checked out on Champs Sports and it was easier than a lot of other sites I’ve used. My cart loaded without any issues, payment went through fast, and the confirmation email showed up right away. No random errors or annoying extra steps, which I definitely appreciated.

I liked the shoes, but they def run a bit small. Had to send mine back and swap for a bigger size, which was kind of annoying but not a huge deal

Pickup was easy overall. I think I was in and out in just a few minutes or so, and I got it quickly.

I was happy Champs actually had my size when a bunch of other stores didn’t. Like, finally, finally found it in stock. Checkout was simple, and the shipping was quick too, so overall it was an easy experience.

Well... I ordered a pair of sneakers from Champs Sports, and overall they seem real to me. The shoes look good and the box was in decent shape, but the tags felt a little off for some reason. Nothing was really wrong with them, I’m just not 100% sure

I’ve noticed the prices are usually fair, and every so often there are some really good deals mixed in. It’s the kind of place where I like to check back and compare a bit, because the best prices seem to pop up in patterns if you’re paying attention

I ordered a pair of Nike sneakers from Champs Sports, i’m probably a little biased because I already like Nike, but these came in looking really nice.
The shoebox had a bit of damage, nothing crazy, but the actual shoes were perfect. No scuffs, no weird glue marks, and the fit was exactly what I expected. I’ve worn them a few times now and they still feel sturdy and comfortable.

I’ve had some rough experiences buying shoes online before, so I was kind of expecting something to be off, but this order was totally fine. Based on this one, I’d buy from them again.

I wasn’t expecting much from customer service, but they actually fixed my issue really fast. Nice to see they can be helpful when it counts.

I’ve shopped with Champs before and generally like the store, but the website experience is a bit frustrating. It’s not terrible, but after a few minutes it starts to get annoying. Some pages took longer to load than expected, and the filters didn’t always seem accurate. I was trying to find shoes in my size, but it kept showing me options that were already sold out, which felt like a waste of time. Checkout on my phone was also kind of clunky and could definitely be smoother. Overall, I still like Champs, but the website could use some improvements to make shopping easier

Got my order and everything was actually correct this time. Not much else to say, it matched what I asked for.

I sent my return back and it was easy, easy. No hassle at all, and my refund showed up quick. Really no issues.
