What happened: Really annoyed that I couldn’t return a shoe I purchased at The St Louis Galleria to the Fairview Heights location (store ******). Purchased * pair of Yeezys at the Galleria on Nov **nd and tried to return one pair to the Fairview Heights location today. The store manager Gabe told me he couldn’t take the return at his store.... the Galleria is over half an hour from where I live. If I purchased something at a Champs store then I should be able to return them to any Champs store!!!!! Annoyed!!!! I even called a Champs store the day before and was told I could return them to any store... but they wouldn’t let me return them in Fairview Heights. I also tried to call the * days a week Customer Service * today (***) ***-**** and was on hold with a recording*music for over ** minutes and nobody vet answered. Terrible! Just terrible!
